Small Things

At the beach yesterday I was quietly minding my own business when the right side of my face started to sweel up for no particular reason. It wasn’t a mass swelling, but like might happen if I’d been stung by a bee, and I was allergic to them. I wasn’t, and I’m not allergic to bees - and we couldn’t find any sort of bite behind it at all. I wouldn’t mention it except that it’s swelling back up today. What does that?

I went skating at Skate King last night, which was an amazingly sweet $7 experience (that’s admission from 8:30 till 11 plus rentals) and learned how to skate backwards. I’m not to consistent yet, but I’m past the big hurdle

I’ve heard a grumble or two about the serious nature of this blog. Jason-Preston.com used to play host to a various number of “tabloid” Onion-style articles, and I’ll try to get some of those back up here under a separate page. I’m not sure how best to go about doing that, but I’ll get it figured out.
