Katrina

I’ve essentially ignored the results of Hurrican Katrina online up until now because I haven’t had anything significant to say myself or anything to link to that most people probably haven’t already seen.

I’m sure there’s a good range of people who know a lot more about the situation than I do, and many who know a lot less. For all categories, though, I found this post on Billmon.org to be a particularly good read. It talks about the state of New Orleans now, and (yes) harps a bit on the politics of the situation…but it does beg the question: should New Orleans even be rebuilt? And that’s going to be an interesting discussion.
