Web 2.o
For the web, apparently, the future is now.
The blogosphere is alive with buzz about Web 2.0. Services like FlickR and del.icio.us are the first in what is already being called the bubble 2.0 of web development.
In the rush to revolutionize the web, I feel as though things are going to become sloppy again. For a while now, the internet has moved at a fairly cautious pace. As a result, we’ve seen some incredibly good, solid services and intelligent innovation.
I hope that as companies begin to do whatever they can to join the “web 2.0” world---the nextgen world of internet services, if you will---that people continue to dedicate the time and effort to each service that we’ve seen over the past few years.
