Jeff Jarvis noticed the recent government talks on porn, and he’s right: it’s ridiculous.

Apparently, the senator from Utah compared porn to Second-hand smoke and high-fat food. While not many people are prepared to admit that straight-up hardcore porn is much of an art form, I hardly think there’s any reasonable grounds for legally limiting it.

If someone wants to record some sex, and someone wants to pay to watch it…that’s capitalism at work, baby!
