Odds and ends

I just tried installing Firefox 1.5 on my laptop. I’ve been incredibly lazy because the older version I was using was working just fine, but eventually the tug of progress could be felt in my mouse, so it went double-click, and now Firefox is all messed up.

As a result, I’m using Maxthon to do some web surfing until I get my Firefox mess figured out. It’s definitely a browser aimed at the more technical-minded. I feel out of my league.

In other news, I added a little del.icio.us linkroll to my sidebar a while ago, and I’ve been trying to keep it updated. I’m going to tag things that either I want to find later (in which case they’re likely to make no sense), or things that I think are cool or that I might write about (in which case it’s like a 5-minute heads up).

Either way, they’re cool links, so be sure to keep an eye on them. I may occasionally grant them their own posts, if I feel so inclined. Like this one, which is well worth it:

* Ps. the new Wordpress backend is cool, fancy, and rich-text style, but I’m so used to hitting “return” twice every time I make a new paragraph that my paragraphs are all twice as far away now.
