Titles are like Vitals

I need serious work on my titles. For some reason, I have a lot of difficulty thinking of clever, punny one-liners to put in big bold type above my entries.

For someone who spends at least three quarters of every day trying to be funny, this is seriously disappointing. But my way to solve this kind of problem is to look at everyone else’s titles and see what mine are missing.

Most people who have clever titles to their posts seem to have a bottomless supply of ridiculous similes and an ability to rhyme.

I have neither of these things. A casual conversation with me can reveal these things very easily. It might go like this:

Friend 1: I’m looking for my jacket, it’s green like a lime, has anyone seen it?

Friend 2 (clever): It must be lost like the TV show. When was the last time you had someone…clean it?

Me: I uh…I think…

Fezzik: Anybody want a peanut?

So from now on I’m going to try to spice up my incredibly boring yet descriptive titles with the right amount of funny plus clever.
