Business Model Innovation

Fred Wilson wrote a post yesterday about Innovation as a driving force in new businesses.

I think he’s largely right - many of the most successful business stories are based around re-definig a business model more than a technology. I think of these ideas most often when I think of what makes a “really good business idea.”

I also think that the Bag, Borrow and Steal idea Fred mentions is one of those ideas. I think that’s brilliant.
