Things that are apparently impossible:

1. Changing the color of an entry header when using K2 with Wordpress.

2.  Extending the lines around the navigation bar to stretch offscreen on both ends.

What’s really irksome is that I’ve done the things that should work. I’ve done my research, I’ve looked around. But for some reason, certain chunks of css just refuse to work.
