Introducing favorites

I’m going to start a new category called favorites.

This is going to be where I tag all of those posts that I’m proud of, regardless of their literary value. I’ve started by going back through my archives and tagging a few of my favorite posts.

In order to make this category something that’s actually practical, I’ve figured out how to list the latest five entires in my “favorites” category on the sidebar.

I replaced the part where it used to list the latest ten posts. That never made sense to me anyway; the posts were right there to the left. So now if you forget to check back for a week or so (god forbid), you can quickly catch up on all the posts I consider worthwhile.

Your opinion may differ of course. But that’s not my problem ;)
