Miffed but placated

Ordering my projector has been a week-long and highly annoying experience. Between Fry’s and Fry’s (unaffiliated with Fry’s) web site, I think I may be convinced not to shop at Fry’s anymore.

I ordered my projector with second-day delivery on Wednesday. When it didn’t show up today, I poked around on their web site until I found out that my order had been mysteriously cancelled (although I was not contacted via e-mail or phone).

When I called in, customer service was reasonable and nice. The wait was a bit long, but I managed to get them to ship it to me next day delivery for free.

I still wouldn’t recommend the buying experience.
