Ranking Flicker Gaming — Jason Preston

[Image: flicker technorati ranking]According to Technorati, Flicker is now three times as cool as this blog (ranked at 264,711).

It’s pretty cool to watch as Flicker continues to pump out good content because I get to see links coming in from new sites almost every week now.

I keep checking our Google PageRank, traffic, and Technorati rank almost daily, just to see how they all correlate and (hopefully) how they’re all going up.

What’s funny is that Jason-Preston.com has both a higher PageRank and a lot more traffic (although I steadfastly refuse to believe that there are actually 400 people reading this blog every day), but Flicker has a lot more inbound links and has been seeing a lot more growth.

I guess Google gives a lot of points for just being older.
