iTunes hiccup...bought music but didn't get it

First time I’ve had a problem using iTunes.

I bought the soundtrack to Little Miss Sunshine the other day (since, after all, it’s a pretty good soundtrack), and iTunes ran into some sort of network error downloading it. After that, the application itself froze up and wouldn’t close, so I had to close it using the task manager. So far so good.

But when I re-opened iTunes I had only ten of the fourteen tracks, and as far as I can tell I can’t get the tracks without re-buying the whole album (not gonna happen).

Additionally, there’s no actual interactive help with apple as far as I can tell. My options are to sort through a collection of articles on their support page or to send feedback (which I did), but that’s not really a support measure.

What’s with apple not having e-mail support for iTunes? And more importantly, how am I going to get my music?
