Getting back into Counter-Strike

[Image: cs logo]Technically it’s Counter-Strike: Source now instead of just Counter-Strike. But I’ve been playing this game on and off in some form or another for about six years (when was Beta 3.1?).

In other words, you’d think I’d be good at it by now. Not so.

I’m slowly getting back into playing Counter-Strike, since it’s one of the few games I can pick up for fifteen minutes and then log off without worrying about saving or completing a quest. It’s the coffee-break of video games. And I suck gloriously at it.

I played a total of about two hours today (thirty minutes here…an hour and a half there…) and I think if I tallied up my kills/deaths for the day it would look something like this: 25/750.
