How do I sync my T-mobile SDA and my MacBook Pro?

Part of what I’m doing as I start using this new laptop is moving all my e-mail, scheduling, and contacts management over to the Mac OS. This is mostly because I’d like to be able to take it all with me and not bother with crazy schemes to keep multiple machines synced up.

On my desktop, I’ve used MS’s ActiveSync to keep my contacts and calendar matched between my SDA and my desktop. It’s been invaluable to have all my contact information and my schedule in my pocket.

Does anyone know of an easy way for me to get my phone to play nice with Address Book and iCal?
