New, threaded, way cool comment system!

[Image: guy commenting]I’ve spent the past couple of days commenting more than I have in the past year. I’ve hopped around to a lot of my favorite blogs - you’ve all probably noticed that I’ve commented way more than I ever have before - and I discovered to my surprise that it’s a lot of fun.

Now I’ve always known that one of the best ways to get yourself noticed is to go around commenting on other people’s blogs. Conventional wisdom. But I’m generally lazy and I’d usually rather just mumble to myself and click elsewhere instead of actually leaving comments.

But I had a lot of fun leaving comments. I’m going to do it more often.

In that same vein, I just added a new comment system to my blog. It’s a cool plugin that fixes a few of the problems I’ve thought “blogs” have had for ages - obvious features that have been around in forums and on livejournal for ages, like threading.

Also, you can now vote on the comments left on my blog. So try it out! Leave a comment, reply to someone else’s comment, let someone else know their comment rocks. And let me know what you think of the system.
