Recommended reading for 8/19/07

[Image: open book]I’m way too lazy to write a good post today, so instead I’m going to point you to a bunch of stuff other people have written:

• Mayberry Man - a gigantic and very well written profile of Rudy Giuliani in The New Yorker.

• My Near Death Experience - also from The New Yorker, incredibly funny.

• Hail to the Hardcore - been linked already from bigger blogs than mine, but still worth a read.

• The Game at the End of the Bar - You might not always read The Escapist, but you should.
