Laziness and pictures

I’m really lazy when it comes to actually using pictures that I’ve taken. I could go on and on about that but I won’t.

Instead I’m just going to say that on my old laptop I had a little built-in SD-card slot, so that if I wanted to I could carry my tiny little camera around, snap a picture, pop out the SD card, stick it in the laptop, copy it over, and use it in a blog post.

It was really REALLY easy. But Macs are “too cool” for that sort of convenience. So now I hardly ever have pictures for my blog posts, even when it’s relevant, because I also have to carry around a card reader and a specialized USB cord, and it’s just a pain in the ass.

So I wish that my MacBook Pro had an SD card reader, too.
