Least harmful taxes: property and consumption

Corporate taxes are found to be most harmful for growth, followed by personal income taxes, and then consumption taxes. Recurrent taxes on immovable property appear to have the least impact.

In other words, a property tax is the best tax. And the State of Washington is doing the two least harmful right now, and considering moving up to personal income as well.
