Seattle ranked 20th in the Twitter category, coming in behind places like Boise, Louisville and Miami. So, what gives? I certainly know a lot of Seattle business people who Tweet, but they may not be as influential as they think. The study — conducted by NetProspex — determined the Twitter score based on the number of Twitter accounts, number of followers and total Tweets.

Good question. I can certainly see why New York and Los Angeles would, with their celebrity populations, jump ahead of Seattle. But Boise?
