Windows Phone 7

In the U.S., a total of five Windows Phone devices will be available in the U.S. this holiday season from AT&T and T-Mobile, according to a list released by the company this morning. The first of them will debut at AT&T starting Nov. 8. In Europe, the first of the new Windows Phones will be released on Oct. 21, from carriers including Deutsche Telekom, Orange and Vodafone.

I got a chance to play with a few Windows Phone 7 devices a few weeks ago, and they were very responsive, cool phones. Unlike the iPhone, hardware will not be consistent across all devices, but the Xbox Live integration is very cool, and the UI is totally unique. They keyboard was fantastic to use.

I will not be surprised if Windows Phone 7 devices sell very well.
