Facebook’s guidelines to law enforcement

This confidential document describes Facebook’s policies for law enforcement agencies requesting information from the social network. It’s interesting on a number of levels, including what kind of information Facebook will release to law enforcement (based on the type of request made).

I think it’s Fantastic that Facebook has a recognized system in place for working with law enforcement. Crime based in social media is not benign simply because it begins online.
